Pricing is calculated using your current active student count. If your student population changes, your subscription is adjusted automatically during the next billing cycle.

There is no minimum subscription fee. You only pay based on your active students and any optional modules you enable. Discounts are available for long-term commitments and can be discussed with our sales team.
Enable payroll if you want SchoolCore to manage staff salaries, deductions, allowances and payslips. Payroll pricing is calculated based on the number of staff members.
Charges are only applied when the Payroll module is enabled.
Note: Payroll is an optional module and is not included in the core SchoolCore subscription. You can enable or disable it at any time.
SchoolCore AI is billed using credits. Credits are consumed whenever AI-powered features such as lesson note generation, question generation, report comments or the Knowledge Assistant are used.
AI credits are only charged when AI features are enabled.
AI credits are consumed only when AI-powered features are used. Unused credits remain available until they are exhausted or expire according to your subscription plan.
